Elite Horticultural Pty Ltd Operations Manager and other Co-Founder Robert Rathbone has more than 23 years’ experience in the industry. In the early days working for prestigious clients in the UK, before moving to Australia. Robert holds both qualifications in Hard Landscaping including his QBCC Licence and his Diploma in Horticulture.

Elite Horticultural Pty Ltd has a number of Operations Co-Ordinators that work closely alongside the Operations Manager and Senior Technicians to ensure designated projects are managed achieving all our clients expectations.

Elite Horticultural Pty Ltd has a number of Senior Technicians who work in various key roles. These positions must all hold relevant qualifications including Senior First Aid, Certificate III and IV in Horticulture, Level 2 Traffic Management, ACDC Spraying Licence, Chainsaw Licence as well as being both internally inducted and externally inducted with some of our key clients.
